​Cashmere Estate - 6 Stages

CCL are  the lead contractor for the $80 million 380 lot development in  Cashmere and Worsleys Valley, Christchurch.
Stage 1 was completed in 2018. Currently the new access road along with the earthworks to Stage 4 are almost complete. The works involves bulk cut to fill earthworks, construction and installation of infrastructure such as carriageways, footpaths, cycle lanes, retaining walls, berms, kerb and channel, control structures and drainage.

​Curletts Rd - Flood Storage Facility

CCL completed the Curletts Road Stormwater Basins for the Christchurch City Council.

It provides storage to manage storm events and mitigate the risk of flooding on the Heathcote River Downstream. 

We moved 250,000m³ of cut to waste and placed 70,000m² of top soil, hydroseeded and completed the footpath construction. 

​Hanmer - Chatterton Estate Subdivision

CCL was involved in the development of Chatterton Estate Subdivision in Hanmer which consisted of 62 Lots.

The works involved bulk cut to fill earthworks, and the construction and installation of the carriageway and kerb and channel.

TIL Freight Yard
The construction of this carpark involved removing 10,000m³ of existing failed seal, removing old kerb lines, basing up and prepping the large area ready for resealing.

​Over 2000m³ of metal was used to construct the basecourse. We finished the new Asphalt surface with line markings for the trucks.
